What is the total weight of the three-sachet pack?
Each sachet contains 30 g of powder, so three sachets contain 90 g in total. This is powder measured by weight, not 90 ml of liquid. A 1 kg pack is also available. Measure the powder according to the water used: 30 g for approximately 20 L, or 15 g for approximately 10 L.
Is this a pre-shampoo bath soak or a shampoo replacement?
Rose & Snail Infusion Spa is a dog bath soak designed to support the next cleansing step through an approximately five-minute pre-shampoo soak. Wet the skin and coat evenly with the spa solution, then apply shampoo without rinsing the solution off first. After shampooing, rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water. For a spa-only bath, rinse thoroughly after the approximately five-minute soak. Pre-soaking does not mean that every dog can be cleaned with just one shampoo application.

Can I use the spa soak without shampoo?

How much powder and water should I use?

Can it be considered for a dog with alopecia-related skin and coat concerns?
If a veterinarian has approved routine bathing, it may be considered as a pre-shampoo moisturizing and conditioning bath soak. It is not a treatment or hair-growth product. Do not use it on open wounds, infected areas or scabs.
At what age and how often can it be used?
Use for dogs five months of age and older. For healthy skin, use once a week. When additional care is needed, it may be used up to twice a week. Avoid vaccination days and veterinary-visit days.
Can senior, pregnant or nursing dogs use it?
For senior, pregnant or nursing dogs, and dogs with underlying health conditions, consult the veterinarian responsible for the dog before use and confirm that bathing is appropriate.
Can it be used for cats or rabbits?
This product is intended for dogs. It is not recommended for cats, rabbits or other species.
